سياسة التواصل – إكسليّا (بيئة التعلم والتدريب الإلكتروني)
1. Introduction / المقدّمة

This Communication Policy outlines the standards and guidelines for communication between learners, trainers, staff, and stakeholders within the Excelyia e-learning and e-training environment. It ensures professionalism, respect, and constructive dialogue across all channels.

تحدد هذه السياسة معايير وإرشادات التواصل بين المتدربين والمدربين والموظفين وأصحاب المصلحة داخل بيئة التعلم والتدريب الإلكتروني في إكسليّا، لضمان الاحترافية والاحترام والحوار البنّاء عبر جميع القنوات.
2. Communication Channels / قنوات التواصل
English:
Excelyia provides multiple channels to facilitate communication, including:

توفر إكسليّا عدة قنوات لتسهيل التواصل، وتشمل:

3. Communication Etiquette / آداب التواصل
3.1 Respectful Language / لغة محترمة
English:
All users must communicate in a respectful and professional manner, avoiding language that is offensive, derogatory, or disrespectful.

يجب على جميع المستخدمين التواصل بلغة محترمة ومهنية، وتجنّب اللغة المسيئة أو المهينة أو غير المحترمة.
3.2 Relevant Content / محتوى ذو صلة
English:
Communication should be relevant to course objectives, training topics, and learner support. Off-topic discussions that are unrelated to the learning process should be avoided.

يجب أن يكون التواصل ذا صلة بأهداف الدورة التدريبية وموضوعات التدريب و دعم المتدربين، ويُفضل تجنّب المناقشات غير ذات الصلة بعملية التعلم.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct / السلوك الممنوع
English:
The following conduct is prohibited in all communication channels:
- Harassment or abusive language
- Insults or defamation
- Political or religious debates unrelated to the training objectives
- Sharing of inappropriate or offensive materials

يُمنع في جميع قنوات التواصل ما يلي:
- التحرش أو اللغة المسيئة
- الإهانات أو التشهير
- النقاشات السياسية أو الدينية غير المرتبطة بأهداف التدريب
- مشاركة المواد غير المناسبة أو المسيئة
4. Reporting Violations / الإبلاغ عن الانتهاكات
English:
Users who encounter or witness inappropriate communication should report the incident to Excelyia support staff via the LMS support ticket, email, or designated reporting channels. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.
Arabic:
يجب على المستخدمين الذين يواجهون أو يشهدون تواصلاً غير لائق الإبلاغ عن الحادثة إلى فريق دعم إكسليّا عبر تذاكر الدعم في نظام LMS أو البريد الإلكتروني أو القنوات المخصصة، وسيتم التعامل مع جميع البلاغات بسرية والتحقيق فيها بسرعة.
5. Disciplinary Actions / الإجراءات الانضباطية
English:
If a communication violation is confirmed, appropriate disciplinary actions may be taken, including:
- Verbal or written warning
- Temporary restriction of communication privileges
- Suspension from the program
- Removal from the platform in severe cases

إذا تم التأكد من حدوث انتهاك في التواصل، فقد يتم اتخاذ الإجراءات الانضباطية المناسبة، بما في ذلك:

All users are responsible for:

Excelyia is responsible for:
- Monitoring communication channels
- Providing guidance on proper communication
- Taking timely action on reported violations

المستخدمون مسؤولون عن:
- الالتزام بإرشادات التواصل
- الحفاظ على الاحترام والاحترافية
- الإبلاغ عن السلوك غير المناسب
وتتحمل إكسليّا مسؤولية:
- مراقبة قنوات التواصل
- تقديم التوجيه حول التواصل السليم
- اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة بشأن الانتهاكات المبلغ عنها
